When you arrive at NTER to play, you get all the details about how everything works. Once you enter the room, you discover hints, defeat challenges, and solve puzzles to conquer your mission. Easy!

How much does an escape room session cost?Booking an escape room at NTER costs $25 to $42 per person. The price varies by location, group size, and whether you book additional event space. Contact your nearest NTER location or visit our website for a detailed quote.

How many people can play one escape room session at once?Most of our escape room sessions can be played by anywhere from 2-8 people.

How long is the experience?All our games can be played for either 45 minutes or 60 minutes. You can choose the duration of your escape room session. The number of puzzles and difficulty level differs depending on the duration of the game. We do recommend that you reach the location at least 10 minutes before the experience is set to start.

Will I be playing with other participants?All the experiences are private. You will only be playing with other people you booked your session with.

Is there an age limit?At NTER we have rooms designed for kids and adults! Our 45 minute experiences are recommended for kids ages 10 and up. We recommend our 60 minute experiences for players ages 14 and up. Kids under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Those under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign a waiver.

Are the rooms scary?Absolutely not! All our games are designed to be family-friendly. They are safe, secure and definitely not frightening. We promise you will have a blast.

Will we really be locked in a room?No. We do not lock our guests in the rooms. We create an illusion that you are locked in but there is an easy way to exit in case you need to leave. However, the time keeps ticking even if your team is a member short. There is no need to worry if you aren’t a fan of tight spaces. Our experience rooms are in no way confining.

What skills do I need to play?You don’t need any special skills, equipment or knowledge to play our escape room session.

Are mobile phones permitted?Yes, of course you can carry your mobile phones with you but please note that we don’t allow any photography or videography inside the escape rooms.

What should I wear?There is no specific dress code you need to follow. We recommend wearing what you feel most like yourself in. Also, feel free to get into the spirit of the game and dress up in accordance with the theme of your game.

Is there a place I can store my belongings?Absolutely! We have lockers that can accommodate your bags, phones, accessories, and even laptops.
