Our team of highly trained Game Masters aim to provide an exciting, creative experience that brings your group closer together. NTER is intentional about designing non-intimidating, family friendly adventures that are perfect for different groups including office colleagues, student groups, sports teams, church groups and families. Our focus on collaborative puzzling renews connections and reinforces bonds through fun and challenging escape room adventures.

Most of our escape room sessions can be played by anywhere from 2-8 people.

All our games can be played for either 45 minutes or 60 minutes. You can choose the duration of your escape room session. The number of puzzles and difficulty level differs depending on the duration of the game. We do recommend that you reach the location at least 10 minutes before the experience is set to start.

All the experiences are private. You will only be playing with other people you booked your session with.

At NTER we have rooms designed for kids and adults! Our 45 minute experiences are recommended for kids ages 10 and up. We recommend our 60 minute experiences for players ages 14 and up. Kids under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Those under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign a waiver.

Absolutely not! All our games are designed to be family-friendly. They are safe, secure and definitely not frightening. We promise you will have a blast.

No. We do not lock our guests in the rooms. We create an illusion that you are locked in but there is an easy way to exit in case you need to leave. However, the time keeps ticking even if your team is a member short. There is no need to worry if you aren’t a fan of tight spaces. Our experience rooms are in no way confining.

You don’t need any special skills, equipment or knowledge to play our escape room session.

Yes, of course you can carry your mobile phones with you but please note that we don’t allow any photography or videography inside the escape rooms.

There is no specific dress code you need to follow. We recommend wearing what you feel most like yourself in. Also, feel free to get into the spirit of the game and dress up in accordance with the theme of your game.

Absolutely! We have lockers that can accommodate your bags, phones, accessories, and even laptops.
